Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, Due to hygiene purposes your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow 7 working days for us to process your claim. If your return is accepted, we will contact you via email to arrange the item/items being returned. We are not responsible for return shipping costs and we advise they are returned via a tracked/recorded service to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
(if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will look into the issue and let you know further.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (original postal cost not included).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
